Joseph comes to us from the Vaquero Club in Westlake, Texas where he served as the Golf Course Superintendent under the Director of Agronomy. Joseph is a graduate of The University of Arkansas with a major in Horticulture / Turfgrass Science with a minor in Agronomic Business. During his college years, he started off working on a golf course at the Blessing Golf Club in Fayetteville, AR where he fell in love with golf course agronomy. He did his first internship at Oakmont Country Club in Oakmont, PA. After graduating from The University of Arkansas, he went back to Oakmont CC as an Assistant-in-Training. He then followed the Golf Course Superintendent from Oakmont CC to The Inverness Club in Toledo, OH just in time for a complete golf course renovation. After the completion of the renovation, he wanted to come back to Texas to be closer to his family so he was offered the Assistant Superintendent to the Director of Agronomy at Vaquero Club. Shortly after arrival at Vaquero Club he was promoted to the Golf Course Superintendent role.
