Andre Rossotti was born in Fresno, California and moved to the DFW Metroplex in 1994. That makes him a naturalized Texas citizen. Throughout his adolescence, Andre worked in restaurants, slowly falling in love with the industry. After attending the University of North Texas, his passion for the hospitality industry moved Andre to Fort Worth, the city he calls his true hometown. Here he took a much more serious role in the hospitality industry within the Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group working his way up from server to Assistant General Manager. Over his nine-year tenure with DFRG, Andre managed six different properties within the group. He credits much of his management style to the time invested in him by the experienced teams he had the privilege of being a part of.

Andre left DFRG to head up the establishment of the first brick and mortar location of Heim Barbecue. Building a restaurant literally from the concrete pad up is an incredible experience. Following his Heim venture, Andre took the Clubhouse Manager position at Prestonwood Country Club in Dallas, but Dallas just isn’t Fort Worth, and Andre wanted to come home. He returned to Cowtown as the Assistant GM of Waters Restaurant in Sundance Square and later he was made the GM of Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine. Working under Jon Bonnell has shaped how Andre views the hospitality industry’s role in the community as a whole.

Andre resides in South Fort Worth with his wife, Michelle, and their three cats. He is an enthusiastic home cook and wood working hobbyist. Andre is extremely excited to begin a new chapter of his life with Mira Vista Country Club.
